About NTSE

We build websites and business software for UK companies. We are based in Rugby, Warwickshire, and we work with clients across the country — most projects run remotely, and that has never been the limiting factor.

How we work

Everything is built in-house. Nothing is outsourced, and nothing is assembled from a marketplace template. That is a deliberate constraint: it means we take on fewer projects than an agency of the same size, and it means the person who scoped your project is the person building it.

We scope and quote before starting. You get a fixed price rather than an hourly rate that drifts, so the number you agree is the number you pay. If requirements change materially mid-project, we quote that separately before doing the work rather than adding it to an invoice at the end.

What we will tell you honestly

If an off-the-shelf product covers your requirement, we will say so — it will cost you less than anything custom. If your existing site is fine and the real problem is that nobody can find it, we will say that too, because a redesign does not fix a marketing problem. We would rather lose a project than sell you something that does not solve the thing you actually came to us about.

Where we work
