Common questions
How much does bespoke software cost?
It depends entirely on scope, which is why we do not publish a figure. A focused internal tool is a very different proposition to a full operations platform. We scope first, then give you a fixed price — so you can decide with a real number rather than a range.
What if the requirements change during the build?
They usually do, at least a little. Small adjustments are absorbed. Anything that materially changes scope gets quoted separately before it happens, so you are never surprised by an invoice.
What happens if we stop working together?
You own the code and the data. We hand over the repository and a deployment guide. You are not locked into us as a supplier.
Do you replace our existing systems or work alongside them?
Either. Plenty of projects integrate with accounting software or existing tools rather than replacing everything. Rip-and-replace is rarely the cheapest route.
