ProdFlow — a production system you can actually click through

Most software companies show you screenshots. This is a working build you can use — a production management system for electronics manufacturing, covering six departments from kit room to dispatch, with live shop-floor boards, role-based sign-off and a full audit trail. Sample data, no registration, nothing to cancel.

This is a sample, not a product. ProdFlow shows you how we work — it is our own demo build of a system made for one client, with sample data. Every system we build is designed individually around that company's process. You would not get this; you would get yours.

The production lifecycle it covers

A job moves through six departments, and each stage records who did what and when. Nothing advances without the sign-off it requires.

  1. 1

    Kit room

Components picked and kitted against the job before production starts.

  2. 2

    SMT

Surface-mount placement, with first-off approval before the run continues.

  3. 3

    PTH

Through-hole assembly, tracked per operator and workstation.

  4. 4

    Inspection

AOI and visual checks recorded with photo evidence against the job.

  5. 5

    Test

Functional test results captured per unit, pass and fail both logged.

  6. 6

    Dispatch

Packing, carrier and shipment history closed out against the order.

What it does

Live shop-floor boards

Wall-mounted screens auto-refresh with current job status, so the floor sees what is running without asking a supervisor. No login, nothing to maintain.

Role-based access

Manager, supervisor and technician each see what they need and can only sign off what they are authorised to. Permissions map to how the floor actually operates.

First-off checklists

Structured checks before a run continues, with photo uploads attached to the job rather than sitting on someone's phone.

Full audit trail

Every status change, sign-off and checklist entry recorded against a user and timestamp. Corrections show as corrections rather than overwriting history.

Dispatch tracking

Carrier and shipment history against the order, so the question of where it went has an answer months later.

Built for tablets and TVs

Web-based throughout — the same system runs on an office desktop, a tablet at a workstation, or a wall display.

Every system is built for one company

What you are clicking through was designed around one manufacturer's process. Yours would look different — because your floor is different. We do not keep a template and reskin it.

We start from your process

First we map how work actually moves through your floor today — including the informal steps nobody wrote down. The system gets built to that, not to a generic model of manufacturing.

Your stages, your language

Departments, job states, checks and sign-offs use the names your team already uses. Nobody should have to learn a vendor's vocabulary to describe their own job.

No unused features

You are not paying for modules built for somebody else's factory. What gets built is what you need, which is also why it stays quick to use.

It stays yours

You own the code and the data, with no per-seat licensing and no platform lock-in. Another developer can pick it up if you ever need them to.

Common questions

Is this a real system or a mock-up?

It is a working build. ProdFlow is our own demo version of a production system built for a UK electronics manufacturer — the same workflow, running on sample data. The client's live system is private, which is why we made a demo you can actually use.

Do I need to sign up?

No. There is no registration, no email capture and no trial to cancel. Open it and click around.

Would I get this exact system?

No — and that is the point. ProdFlow is a sample, built to show you how we work rather than to be sold as a product. Every system we build is designed individually around one company's process: your departments, your stages, your checks, your sign-offs, your terminology. We do not adapt a template. We start from how your floor actually runs and build to that.

So what carries over from one build to the next?

Our experience, not the software. We know how to model staged production, role-based sign-off, live status and audit trails, because we have built them before. What gets built for you is yours — a vehicle workshop system we built shares no screens, stages or checks with this one, because the two businesses work nothing alike.

What does something like this cost?

It depends on how many departments and processes it covers, so we scope first and then quote a fixed price. A system for a single production area is a much smaller project than a full lifecycle build.
